Let us tell you a little bit about what you can expect if you are admitted to residential treatment at the RTC.
Every client has an individual treatment plan - that means there is no predetermined length of stay you will be with us. On average, individuals stay with us around 4-6 weeks, but that depends solely on how you respond to the treatment and interventions provided.
We accept all FDA approved medications for Opioid Use Disorders - this includes Suboxone, Vivitrol and Methadone. You just need to bring at least 7 days worth of those medications when you arrive.
There are some medications that are not allowed - these include other controlled substances such as benzodiazepines and prescription opiates.
Treatment starts the day you arrive! We expect clients to participate right away and will encourage you to jumpstart your recovery upon entering the program.
Family and friends can bring selected items to you and drop them off any time during the intake hours listed above.
We have a medical clinic on site and all clients are provided initial medical exams and ongoing appointments at the clinic as needed.
Women can bring one child up to the age of 7 with them into treatment. We ask that you bring all supplies needed for your child. Children over the age of 3 months will need to be watched by a family member or daycare provider during treatment hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm).
Only court ordered visitation is allowed at this time. Family therapy sessions can be provided onsite while in treatment at the recommendation of your clinician.
Some of the things we ask that you do not bring: vapes, smokeless tobacco, outside food, electronic devices (this includes cell phones). We do allow smoking during identified breaks throughout each day.
