Transitions, Inc. has been providing life-saving treatment to those with substance use disorders for over 40 years. Our mission is to help individuals, families and communities by providing addiction recovery services.

Transitions offers a second chance at life for people who have lost hope in themselves. We restore this hope by giving them the tools they need to live as sober and productive members of our community. We restore hope to families by educating them on the disease of addiction and facilitating discussion between them and their addicted family member. We restore hope to the community by offering a safe place for those seeking treatment and by providing daily meeting space for practicing members of recovery groups like Alcoholics Anonymous.

Gratitude Quote

As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.
